A menu imagined for the end-of-year celebrations, built around noble products and seasonal flavours. A gastronomic interlude, available for lunch and dinner, from December 1 to December 19.

All menus, with the exception of the "Petit Étoilé," can be adapted to specific dietary requirements: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, etc.
